Classification of high-pressure pumps

High pressure pump according to the medium points, can be divided into: high pressure plunger pump, high pressure reciprocating pump, high pressure electric pressure test pump, high pressure cleaning machine.


Safety Operation Regulations for High Pressure Pumps

1. Check whether the oil level of the reducer oil tank, high-pressure pump oil level and emulsion tank are at the specified oil level and water level.

2. Check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, water level gauge and liquid level indicator are sensitive and correct; The pressure gauge and safety valve are checked once a year, and the safety valve is regularly tested for exhaust to prevent valve core adhesion and valve hole blockage.

3. Check whether all parts of the water pump, valves, solenoid valves, pipelines, etc. are in good condition, and there is no water leakage, air leakage, or oil leakage. Check whether the electrical zero (ground) line is firm and reliable. When the pump is stopped for more than one week, measure whether the insulation of the main motor is good; Check whether the contact signal with the hydraulic press is correct and reliable.

4. Pump start-up sequence:

(1) Check whether the water pump, water storage (gas) tank and pipeline valves, suction valves and circulation gate valves are all in the open position, and open the pump head bleed valve of the high-pressure pump and the cooling water valve of the lubricating oil pump;

(2) Start the lubricating oil pump and run it for 1~2 minutes with the oil pressure of 0.15~0.2 MPa. After the lubricating oil indicator shows normal, start the main motor of the high-pressure pump;

(3) After the air of the pump head is exhausted, immediately close the exhaust valve;

(4) After the high-pressure pump operates normally, close the solenoid power supply of the circulating valve and plug in the power plug. After the water level rises above level 4, close the solenoid switch of the low-level valve. When the water level rises to level 7 (the "work" signal can also be sent in advance according to the design of the pump room), the "work" signal is sent to the hydraulic press, and the hydraulic press starts to work.

5. When opening and closing the valve,-stand on the side of the valve stem and rotate slowly.

6. Do not leave the work post during work, closely monitor whether the control instrument and water level indicator are normal. In case of false water level, measures should be taken immediately, and all equipment should be inspected 1 times every 10~15 minutes, and the operation situation should be recorded once a hour. The oil temperature and bearing temperature should not exceed 50 ℃, the emulsion temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, the cooling water temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, and the motor temperature should not exceed the rated temperature rise.

7. If overpressure is found, immediately unplug the pressure plug and cut off the total power supply. After the water level drops to normal, notify the hydraulic press to stop working. Only after the repair is restored to normal can the work be continued.

8. Use soapy water to check whether the water storage (gas) tank, air valve and air pipe are leaking. If there is condensation and frost (water), it indicates that the air leakage is serious and should be repaired in time. To thaw, disable open flames.

9. When the following conditions are found, press the "emergency stop" button, immediately stop and cut off the relevant valves that need to be closed, and send an "emergency stop" signal to the hydraulic press.

(1) In case of overpressure and overtemperature, it cannot be lowered by adopting measures;

(2) Abnormal noise and vibration;

(3) pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, liquid level indicator display is not correct or failure;

(4) When there is a sudden serious water leakage and cannot be blocked;

(5) solenoid valve control failure does not work.

10. Pump stop sequence:

(1) After receiving the hydraulic press "request to stop" signal, immediately send back the hydraulic press "can stop" signal;

(2) Replenish the water level of the water storage tank to level 7 or above;

(3) Unplug the press plug and cut off the power supply of the solenoid of the low level valve;

(4) Cut off the power supply of the pump, and stop the pump with load is not allowed;

(5) After the high-pressure pump stops running, cut off the lubricating oil pump power supply and close the lubricating oil cooling water valve.

11. When inflating the water storage (gas) tank, stop the operation of the high-pressure pump, and observe the "Safety Operation Regulations for High-pressure Air Compressor" when inflating.

12. Do not knock on equipment, containers, pipes, valves, etc. under pressure. In the disassembly, maintenance, adjustment, must be in the pressure relief and cut off the power supply before work.
